Guillaume Sauzier was born in Mauritius on the 15^th June 1988. His passion for the outdoors has made him find his way to employment at the Estate since April 2013 as Manager up to today.

He has studied in Gold Coast, Australia and graduated with a double major in Tourism and Hotel Management. Prior studying in Australia, Guillaume had lived in several countries including Mauritius, Lebanon and New Caledonia.

His dad being a farmer (cattle, porc, poultry and deer) and passionate hunter has taught him through his childhood a lot about the industry and local practices which has made him a passionate farmer and hunter today. His passion has led him to have travelled overseas for more than 20 hunting trips mainly in South Africa, Zimbabwe, New Caledonia, Australia and Reunion Island.
